We provide value added services meant to connect small businesses, who are looking for small business loans for business purposes only, with small business loan providers. Gryphon Direct and all loans offered by the small business loan providers are not subject to National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.

Collected Information

By providing the Information to Gryphon Direct, you authorize us to furnish the Lender with your Information on your behalf and, if necessary, verify certain fields of your Information.

Your receipt of the loan from the Lender is subject to a separate assessment process that will be provided to you by the Lender. You acknowledge and agree that Gryphon Direct has no role in the Lender’s decision to provide or not provide funding to you and that Gryphon Direct provides the Information to the Lender on your behalf.

GRYPHON DIRECT DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A LOAN FROM ANY PROVIDER. Terms and conditions may vary subject to Lender’s application process.

No information on the Site is to be construed as financial product advice or a recommendation, to buy or sell any financial product (as that term is defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)). The Services provided by Gryphon Direct do not constitute an offer, invitation, solicitation or recommendation in relation to the subscription, purchase or sale of financial products (as defined in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)).

Gryphon Direct reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your ongoing use of the website following any amendment or modification constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the amended or modified Terms and Conditions.
